SpencerHill is an organic response to the burgeoning challenge before both industry and government. Welcomed and aggressive changes to government policy (meant to leverage the fullness of the US industrial base for national security) are simultaneously generating overwhelming challenges and success. Realizing our love for equipping teams for success and we have the right experience to help businesses and innovators make realistic next steps towards working with the government. All in all, we saw a niche need that we seemed to be decent at solving in our day jobs - so we decided to try and help others.

Experience //

Our team has experience in a vast array of fields and perspectives. We were shaped by first-hand military experience, ranging from enlisted service to the unique strategic perspective of commissioned officers in special staff at Echelons Above Corps (EAC). We have roots and experience in: Army aviation (including UAS), civilian and military emergency medical services (EMS), small and large unit leadership, start-ups (military and civilian), business and military operations and strategy, geo-political stabilization efforts, small satellite industry, small and large-scale logistics, non-profits, community development, residential construction, software as a service (SaaS), corporate strategy, higher-ed institutions, and more. We understand what it is to be led and the leader. People are not problems; they are the point and constitution of life.
